We orchestrated the definition of the innovation strategy that laid the groundwork for the highly ambitious alliance between Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA (a customer relationship specialist) and SAHAM Group (a CRM software provider), through their respective subsidiaries Phonegroup SA and Arvato.

The objective was clear: to gain a competitive edge in a market undergoing major transformations due to the rapid evolution of technology in customer relations.

As a result, this new entity has become the 5th largest outsourcing company in the world.
