5. Intellectual Property and Infringement

Any unauthorized use of the site or its contents will be considered an infringement and prosecuted under the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
6. Limitation of Liability
The “Owner” cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damage to the user’s equipment when accessing the “Website,” resulting from either non-compliant equipment or a bug or incompatibility.
The “Owner” also cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (such as loss of market share or missed business opportunities) following the use of the “Website.”

The “Owner” reserves the right to remove any content that violates French legal regulations, particularly regarding data protection. 7. Personal Data Management
In France, personal data is protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.
When using the “Website,” the following data may be collected: the URL of links used to access the “Website,” the user’s internet service provider, and the user’s IP address.
In any case, the “Owner” only collects personal information necessary for specific services provided by the “Website.” Users provide this information knowingly, particularly when they enter it themselves. The user is informed of whether providing this data is mandatory or optional.

The website is not registered with CNIL (France’s data protection authority) because it does not collect personal data.
The databases are protected under the Law of July 1, 1998, transposing Directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996, on the legal protection of databases.
